What the draft does
The generated text sets out the agreement type, parties, purpose of disclosure, confidential information, core obligations, exclusions, term, return or destruction language, and governing law.
For a supplier discussion, keep the purpose narrow enough to match the real conversation: evaluating manufacturing feasibility, cost, quality, and production route for a defined product. Avoid using an NDA as a substitute for careful staged disclosure.
